I hope you are all having a lovely Christmas. We spent last night with relatives, had a nice morning with just our kids, and will have some friends over this evening. It’s probably been the most relaxing Christmas we’ve had since getting married. I think this may also be the first year that my wife and I have given more presents than we’ve received, which was refreshing. Especially with the prospect of moving in the next year, we’re trying to limit the amount of new stuff we collect. I’m a bit of a pack-rat though, so we’ll see how that goes. Regardless, we’re trying to remember what Christmas is actually about, though that’s easier said than done.
(Luke 2:10-11)
